Responsibilities
* Develop integrated sales and aftersales solutions for local business clients, maximizing the business potential within the area of responsibility and ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service.
* Prospect and develop business customers in order to achieve maximum business customer retention.
* Represent the company in a professional manner and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Comply with the FCA regulations and maintain regulated status in the advice, sale and administration of finance and general insurance products.
* Ensure compliance with Data Protection and General Data Protection Regulations when handling and processing customer personal data.
* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships.
* Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm.
* A genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the team\'s success.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.
* Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs.
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
