Director/Senior Director, Business Development – Remote | Global CDMO | Small Molecule APIs

We’re looking for a Director / Senior Director of Business Development to drive growth, build partnerships, and expand our client base across across biotechs in the UK and EU. This is a remote-based role with a world leading company.
&##As a key member of the commercial leadership team, you will:
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive new API project acquisitions.
Manage complex sales cycles from first contact through contract negotiations.
5–10+ years of business development experience in the CDMO space.
~ Strong knowledge of small molecule API development and manufacturing.
~ Background in chemistry or a related scientific discipline (BSc, MSc, or PhD preferred).
~ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and across time zones.
