We are looking for a full time, permanent Forecast Modelling & Supply Chain Analyst to join the team based in Crayford, Kent. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £45,000 p.a. Your role will be to interpret data, generate inputs and drive the direction of procurement strategy whilst also having the ability to present data in an engaging and meaningful manner to various stakeholders. Key responsibilities of Role: Providing insights and recommendations for decision-making in supply chain planning, procurement, and inventory management. Developing and maintaining demand forecasts by analysing historical data, market trends, and customer insights. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather relevant information to align supply plans with demand forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimising stockouts or excess inventory. Monitoring and analysing key demand planning metrics, such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, production progress and service delivery levels. Delivering regular briefs, updates, and reports to the senior management team. Planning and analysing supply and demand changes within our supply chain and provide in depth reporting of trends. Continuously improving demand planning processes and tools, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Proactively identifying and communicating potential supply-demand imbalances or constraints, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues. Experience and skills required: Advanced modelling experience (capacity plans, demand planning, forecasting) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including V-Lookup and Pivots), and have a high level of numerical and verbal reasoning. Four to five years' experience in Procurement, Sourcing or Supply Chain Management preferable. Degree educated, ideally in a subject with significant commercial and/or analytical basis. Desirable: Knowledge of Motorcycle industry and motorcycles an advantage. You must currently live within a reasonable commutable distance of Crayford as this is an office-based role.
