Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services.
* Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
* Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website and supporting the processing of online orders.
* Provide first‑point resolution for customer issues or feedback and actively seek solutions for the benefit of the customer.
* Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
* Help implement store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines, utilising all product, categories and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities.
* Maintain a flexible approach to work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety and store safety standards.
Skills & Experience
* High standards of customer service and a welcoming, enthusiastic attitude.
* Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.
* Adaptability, resilience and the ability to work independently.
* Ability to support a team environment and contribute to store goals.
