We’re looking for a proactive and skilled data & support analyst to join our fast-paced Consumer Roadside division. Working with data from a range of sources, you’ll play a key role in mining through large data sets to present data in a way that drives initiatives, improvements, and cost savings.
Using your skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI, you’ll collect and analyze data from different sources, transforming complex information into clear insights that help improve customer experience and business performance. You’ll employ problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis to spot trends, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to save costs or enhance processes. You’ll create reports and visuals, sharing your findings with both technical and non-technical teams.
The ideal candidate will love deep diving into data, spotting patterns and trends, and turning numbers into stories that make a real difference.
This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from our Bradley Stoke office and 3 days at home.
What You Will Do…
1. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making within the division.
2. Create reports, dashboards, and visuals to communicate findings effectively to relevant teams and decision-makers.
3. Develop automated processes for data scraping and streamline data collection methods.
4. Proactively seek ways to support business objectives and identify improvements.
5. Maintain accurate records and document processes to share learnings with the wider team.
6. Support ongoing processes, continually seeking ways to improve and streamline.
What You Will Need…
1. Proven experience in data mining using tools and techniques including SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Highly organized with keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
5. Stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards.
