I have partnered with one of the leading drinks brands who are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive. My client is looking for someone with a good understanding of both the nightlife culture and local venues within the South West area, a positive can-do attitude, interested in working within the Bar, Club, and Festival industry while also having the willingness to want to learn and develop their skills and industry knowledge.
The role:
* Strengthen and nurture our long-term professional relationships with established customers, and create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
* Create and implement clever tactics and creative tools to deliver an outstanding pitch.
* Know your region like the back of your hand, keep an eye on the latest trends, and maintain a sharp look-out for new opportunities
* Bring the brand to life, from the trendiest cafés and bars, the best clubs in town, and the biggest festivals, to the most private and exclusive events.
* Take full responsibility for the On-Premise sales and marketing activities for your region
* Build your personal reputation within the local scene based on your extensive knowledge of the gastronomy industry and the latest trends
* Make every appointment with your customers the highlight of their day. They look forward to benefitting from your insightful thoughts, astute observations, and strategic considerations.
The person:
* Must have knowledge of the local nightlife - And you must enjoy a night out as this will be part of your role!
* Able to work independently and have fun doing so.
* Unwavering enthusiasm for gastronomy, and endless fascination with the driving forces that shape it.
* Passion, commitment, and personal conviction
* A proactive go-getter who thrives in a dynamic sales environment.
* Skilled in negotiations, with a proven track record of securing and growing client accounts.
* Adaptable and strategic, with a sharp focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships to enhance business growth.
