Insurance Sales Executive
Salary - £28,000 + Bonus (OTE - £34K)
Hours - Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm (Hybrid working)

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and controlling the full renewal process for your clients
* Gathering information from clients and prospects using excellent communication skills
* Growing your book of business by identifying, chasing, and securing new business opportunities
* Discussing renewal terms with customers and exploring alternative options
* Negotiating with brokers to secure competitive terms that align with client objectives
* Visiting clients to build strong, trusted relationships
* Handling account queries, credit control matters, and escalating issues where needed
* Spotting new‑business opportunities and using sound judgement to recommend them
What We're Looking For
* Experience within Insurance (B2C preferred)
* Working towards or holding CII qualifications (Cert CII / Dip CII)
* Educated to A‑Level standard or equivalent
* Strong understanding of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance
* Knowledge of the client market, London Market, Lloyd's, and wider industry
* High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy
* Excellent client service focus - putting the customer first
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle ambiguity and work proactively
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
* Eligibility to work in the UK
