Your Role
As the Sales Manager, you will support our LAC region properties by driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across your assigned regions. You’ll lead a team of sales representatives, manage key customer relationships, and play a strategic role in shaping our commercial success in diverse European markets. This position requires a strong sales background, in-depth knowledge of the regional landscape, and excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets across the UK and Ireland, adjusting plans based on performance metrics and market trends.
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales representatives, fostering engagement and professional growth to drive high performance.
* Manage and grow key customer relationships, identifying client needs and delivering tailored, value-driven solutions that ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
* Identify new business opportunities and lead market development initiatives, including competitive analysis and regional insight sharing.
* Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, enhancing brand visibility and developing business contacts.
* Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and global leadership to align regional efforts with broader company goals.
* Report on sales performance and provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements and commercial effectiveness.
Qualifications
Your Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
* Multiple years of sales experience in the assigned markets.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management experience.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
* Solid understanding of the hospitality industry is essential.
* Must be willing and able to travel extensively across assigned regions.
* Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
