Salary: £56,000-£62,053
Contract: 6-month fixed term, full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive business cases to improve financial sustainability and support the growth of housing support services, including financial modelling, risk assessment, benefits analysis and delivery options appraisal
- Analyse service performance, financial performance, customer needs and market opportunities to inform strategic recommendations
- Identify and assess a pipeline of external funding opportunities, including grants, local authority funding, health partnerships and government programmes
- Produce clear, evidence-based reports and recommendations to support decision-making by the Business Simplification Programme, Executive Management Team and Board
- Conduct market research, benchmarking and horizon scanning to identify sector trends, opportunities and best practice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the development and refinement of proposals
- Facilitate workshops, engagement sessions and collaborative discussions to shape service development and test new ideas
- Deliver key project outputs, including business cases, funding strategies and implementation roadmaps
- Ensure data used within analysis and modelling is accurate, robust and compliant with governance requirements
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation across service design and delivery
More About You
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*–C)
- Experience in business planning, service development or project delivery
- Knowledge of the housing, supported housing or social care sector
- Degree or relevant professional qualification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and produce clear, evidence-based recommendations
- Experience of financial modelling and business case development
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
- Understanding of funding landscapes and commissioning processes would be advantageous
- Project management experience would be desirable
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
