The Thomas Cubitt is our flagship site in the heart of Belgravia — an elegant three-storey townhouse and local institution, known for its bustling bar, refined dining rooms, and loyal clientele. We are now looking for a passionate, commercially-minded General Manager to lead the next chapter of its success.
The Role:
As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and continued evolution of The Thomas Cubitt, Belgravia. You will:
* Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing front of house and kitchen team
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold our reputation for hospitality excellence
* Take ownership of financial performance, driving sales and managing costs effectively
* Maintain high standards across service, food, cleanliness, and compliance
* Represent the Cubitt House values with warmth, professionalism, and integrity
What We’re Looking For:
* A proven General Manager from a premium food-led environment
* Strong financial acumen and a commercial mindset
* Passion for food, wine, and genuine hospitality
* A natural leader who builds strong teams and culture
* Organised, standards-driven, and hands-on in approach
* Experience in high-volume, destination venues is a plus
