Job Description
3. Lead drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts across supply chain, operations, logistics, manufacturing, marketing, and corporate partnerships.
4. Advise business teams on contractual risk, commercial structuring, and regulatory implications in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment (including use of AI tools and CLM platforms).
5. Oversee and manage all legal and compliance matters in the healthcare domain.
6. Ensure compliance with corporate governance regulations and applicable laws.
7. Manage corporate secretarial tasks and ensure adherence to statutory requirements
8. Support core governance deliverables including board processes, statutory filings, and compliance tracking.
9. Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments in the healthcare industry.
10. Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders.
11. Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
An ideal candidate will possess:
12. A degree in Law (LLB) and Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
13. An overall PQE of 6-10 years. Law firm experience would be an advantage.
14. Preferred industries: FMCG, Pharma, Healthtech, E‑commerce, Startups.
15. Strong knowledge of legal regulations and corporate governance in the healthcare sector.
16. Proven expertise in handling contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
17. Excellent research skills with an ability to work in a dynamic environment.
18. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
