Our client is looking for a Finance Assistant, with experience using Sage in the past.
Client Details
Our client is based in Salisbury, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team is looking for additional support.
Description
* Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently.
* Managing bank reconciliations and keeping financial records up to date.
* Supporting month-end processes, including journal entries and reporting.
* Handling supplier payments and resolving any queries that come up.
* Assisting with VAT returns and other compliance tasks.
* Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring everything is coded correctly.
* Using Sage daily to manage transactions and generate reports.
* Supporting with payroll.
* Working closely with the wider finance team to support day-to-day operations.
Profile
In order to be considered for the Finance Assistant position, you must be able to do most, if not all of the above.
