Position: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant Location: WN6, Wigan Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Full-time, term time only Salary: £89.38 – £100 per day The Role: Support students with additional needs including SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and SEND Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to build confidence, focus and resilience Work alongside SENCOs, teachers and pastoral leads to ensure inclusive classroom support Contribute to behaviour management, wellbeing initiatives and emotional regulation strategies Ideal Candidate: A degree in Psychology (or related discipline) Interest or experience in mental health, youth work or educational support A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with students Interested?
