An exciting opportunity for a receptionist/office clerk to support the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) at North Manchester CAMHS (The Bridge).
We seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and well-organized individual to join our busy team as a receptionist/office clerk. The role involves ensuring patients receive the best care and bringing a positive approach to our working environment.
Applicants must have experience in a busy customer service role and excellent IT skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a confident telephone manner, flexibility, and a methodical approach to a busy workload are essential. Good interpersonal skills, initiative, teamwork, friendliness, and conscientiousness are also required to liaise effectively with staff and patients.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours.
