The Opportunity
As Site Services Team Leader, you'll report directly to the Site Services Manager and be responsible for leading the day-to-day engineering function — ensuring safety, compliance, efficiency, and people development are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the engineering team to deliver against KPIs and improve site performance
* Maintain and operate an effective PPM system
* Promote a strong health & safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulations
* Manage contractor activity and maintain stock levels for engineering partsSupport strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives

* A relevant Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualification
