Following our OUTSTANDING Ofsted rating across all areas, we’re seeking passionate and skilled Social Workers to join our Children with Disabilities Team — a service that truly makes a difference.
About the Role
As a Social Worker in our Children with Disabilities Team, you will work with children and families from the initial referral stage through to transition into adult services, where required.
This is a varied and rewarding role in a team that values creativity, collaboration, and compassion.
Your responsibilities will include:
 * 
 Assessing the needs of children with disabilities and their families.
 * 
 Developing tailored care plans and chairing meetings to ensure progress.
 * 
 Engaging directly with children and parents to ensure their voices are heard.
 * 
 Coordinating multi-agency support and maintaining strong professional relationships.
 * 
 Supporting newly qualified staff and student placements.
 * 
 Acting as a link for one of our local specialist schools.
You’ll be based in Kingston or Richmond and enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working.
About You
We’re looking for experienced and motivated social workers who can demonstrate:
 * 
 A degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
 * 
 Experience working with children and families, ideally within disability services.
 * 
 Strong knowledge of safeguarding, assessment frameworks, and the Children Act.
 * 
 Excellent communication, analytical, and partnership-working skills.
 *
