Salary: Circa 80000
About the Role
As a Projects Director you will oversee all aspects of project delivery from concept to completion ensuring every installation meets our clients standards for quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
You will manage a team of Project Managers and Engineers while also helping shape the strategic direction and commercial growth of the business. With a strong mechanical engineering background you’ll bring proven experience delivering steam, ventilation, heating and cooling systems for industrial and manufacturing clients.
Key responsibilities include
* Lead, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers delivering complex mechanical and climate system projects across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
* Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery from design through to installation, commissioning and handover, ensuring quality, safety and profitability targets are achieved.
* Collaborate with clients, consultants and internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet technical, environmental and operational requirements.
* Identify opportunities for business growth and build long‑term client relationships.
* Manage budgets, forecasts and resource planning for the project delivery function.
About You
* Extensive experience delivering and leading projects within HVAC, steam, heating and cooling systems from concept through to commissioning.
* A deep understanding of industrial manufacturing environments with a proven ability to meet the technical and operational demands of complex client sites.
* A proven track record managing multiple large‑scale multidisciplinary projects concurrently to time, budget and quality targets.
* Strong leadership, communication and team development skills with the ability to inspire and guide high‑performing project managers.
