Our Pensions Administration business continues to grow, and we are now looking for an enthusiastic Pensions Administrator to join our vibrant Perth office with hybrid working on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is suitable for someone with previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, knowledge of MS Office products, or a recent graduate looking to start a career in pensions.

The Role
As a Pensions Administrator with XPS, you will:
* Update relevant pension administration databases and systems.
* Log and scan post/correspondence.
* Handle queries from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
* Receive and handle internal and external telephone queries.
* Run automated systems calculations.
* Perform manual benefits calculations.
* Produce letters to 'draft standards' via Electronic Document Management system (EDM) and arrange for their issue after checking.
* Return original documentation and certificates to customers.
* Amend records, including developing into checking non-financial work such as change of address.
* Develop a basic knowledge of clients and schemes.
* Assist with project-related work, such as bulk mailshots to scheme members.
* Work closely with other departments/teams to provide comprehensive service, including Pensions Accounts, Payroll, Administration Support, and ITM (3rd party IT software provider).
* Ensure accurate updating of the time recording system (Virtual Office) for chargeable and non-chargeable activities and meet utilisation targets.

* Minimum Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills.
