Salary: £45 - 55K (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
Location: Horsham, West Sussex. Flexible working options available.

What You'll Do:
* Launch & optimise multi-channel campaigns: web, e-commerce, email, social, offline
* Drive customer acquisition, retention & revenue growth
* Build AI-powered marketing funnels and automation workflows
* Analyse performance, extract insights & scale what works
* Protect & grow our brand reputation across reviews, PR & listings

* 4+ years in digital, performance, or growth marketing
* Expert in CRO, e-commerce, automation & optimisation
* Passion for AI tools and data-driven decision making
