Our freight forward client in Hayes is looking for an Export Clerk to join their team You will be a valued member of the operations, serving their clients across various industries Whether you are experienced or new to the Industry, full training is provided This is a full time, position, working within our clients Colnbrook office Your role as an Export Clerk: You will be responsible for seamlessly creating, overseeing, and maintaining freight shipments through the Cargowise system. Prepare and manage all necessary documents related to air freight shipments, including bills of lading, air waybills, customs forms, and certificates of origin. Facilitate the customs clearance process, ensuring compliance with export regulations and liaising with customs authorities Maintain effective communication with clients, carriers and handling agents to ensure smooth freight operations Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing shipment status updates, and offering solutions to customer concerns
