Blue Arrow are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy transport office in Dordon!
Location: Dordon
Hourly Rate: £12.29
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, :00 AM - 16:30 PM
Your Role Will Include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism
- Resolving issues or escalating them when necessary
- Investigating recurring problems and helping prevent future ones
- Supporting internal processes such as claims and performance tracking
- Representing the brand in a positive and consistent manner
- Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
- Working closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure service excellence
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in customer service, logistics, warehousing, or transport
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results
