Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a
Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester City Centre. This role offers an
OTE of up to £30,000
per annum.
Let's talk about the role, it involves;
Registration and management of Letting applicants
Arranging & completing viewings/appointments
Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls
Provide constructive and informative feedback to Landlords
Generate and negotiate offers to get lets agreed
Complete necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction
Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completions

Experience in estate agency & administration is useful but not essential
