Overview
Location: Cambridge, Huntingdon, Ely, Newmarket, Peterborough, Wisbech, King’s Lynn, Thetford, Bury St Edmunds
Hours: 8.5 hour shifts Mon-Fri, between 9:00 and 17:30
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + 5% on-call allowance, overtime and company van
Responsibilities
* Work in the field environment on customer sites, providing customer support ensuring Service Levels are maintained and the ticketing system is fully up to date
* Work alongside experienced engineers, learning from them through structured training programs and on-the-job experience
* Learn a range of technical skills including cabling and installation of network hardware
Qualifications
* No experience required – just a willingness to learn with a friendly, professional and flexible attitude
* Security checks: SC and BPSS clearance
* Full UK Driving License and your own personal car is essential for this position
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
