Customer Service & Sales Support
Location: Iver (on-site, full-time)
We’re looking for a confident, proactive Customer Service & Sales Support professional to join our growing team in Iver. You’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that supports customers before, during, and after their purchases - whether that’s over the phone, via email, or in person.
You’ll handle a variety of tasks, from answering customer enquiries and processing orders, to supporting the wider sales team and helping ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, positive experience.
Responding to customer queries by phone and email in a friendly, helpful manner
Providing product information, delivery updates, and general advice to ensure customers are fully supported
Managing phone calls with clear, polite, and effective phone etiquette
Processing orders over the phone
Helping to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey, from first contact through to post-purchase support
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confident phone manner with good etiquette
Strong written English and attention to detail
Previous experience in sales support or customer service is an advantage
Proficiency in basic computer systems (e.g. email, order software, CRM tools)
