As an Assistant Shopper Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager, youll play a key role in making brands shine in retail spaces, supporting the delivery of both temporary activations and permanent merchandising. Working with a passionate team of creatives and marketers, youll help create impactful moments that surprise and delight shoppers every day.
What youll be doing
Youll support the planning, development, and execution of in-store marketing campaigns across multiple regions. From adapting global brand concepts to local execution, to coordinating production and rollout, youll help bring campaigns to life across all retail touchpoints.
Youll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with real commercial impact.
Key responsibilities
Support the creative translation of brand guidelines into in-store displays and materials across UK&I, EMEA, and APAC markets
Assist in adapting campaigns and initiatives for local execution across all in-store touchpoints
Manage the development and rollout of 3D in-store materials and promotional kits
Partner with agencies and suppliers to support creative production, artwork reviews, and approvals
Work closely with Brand, Commercial, and Category teams to ensure activations are on‑brand, insight‑led, and commercially strong
Support stakeholder communication and coordination to ensure projects are approved on time and delivered smoothly
Help track budgets, timelines, and project progress to keep everything running seamlessly
Stay up‑to‑date with retail trends, competitor activity, and design inspiration to bring fresh ideas to the team
What youll need to have (our must‑haves)
Some experience in Shopper Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, or Brand Activation would be advantageous.
A genuine passion for creativity, design, and retail experiences.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Curiosity about market trends and brand storytelling.
