In this exciting role, you will oversee the planning, supervision, and delivery of maintenance and refurbishment works on both domestic and commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing contractor teams to ensure quality and compliance.
* Controlling budgets and schedules while maintaining strong customer service.
* Handling contract documentation and inspections.
* Providing technical advice and supporting team development.
* Contributing to asset management and continuous improvement.
Covering the South East region, you will play a vital role in delivering repairs, maintenance, and capital component upgrades. Your active involvement in CDM and H&S Management will be crucial.
The Essential Criteria
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
* Proven experience in delivering customer-focused services with a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Extensive experience coordinating and supervising work on domestic and commercial properties.
* A strong background in managing contractors to ensure service delivery and support team development.
* A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are mandatory.
