Recruitment / HR Project Coordinator - Temp - Poole - £17.72 per hour We are currently seeking a proactive and organised HR Officer / Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident managing end-to-end recruitment processes and enjoys improving systems and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Managing recruitment processes from start to finish, including job advertising, shortlisting, and interview coordination Supporting hiring managers with interview preparation and guidance Drafting and refining job descriptions and person specifications Maintaining and updating HR systems (ideally iTrent) Developing and improving recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance throughout the hiring lifecycle Requirements: Previous experience in HR and recruitment coordination Confident managing processes end-to-end with strong attention to detail Comfortable working with databases and HR systems (iTrent experience desirable) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organisational and communication skills CIPD qualification desirable but not essential This is a temporary ongoing role, ideal for someone who is systems-savvy, highly organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, recruitment-focused environment.
