Branch Administrator

Wakefield

Up to £30,000

Part time applicants will also be considered for this role (3 days salary pro rata)

A well-established recruitment business in Wakefield is looking for a Branch Administrator to take ownership of weekly timesheet processing, payroll preparation and invoice support. Youll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring workers are paid correctly and on time.

What youll be doing

Payroll & Timesheet Admin

* Input weekly timesheet hours with absolute accuracy.
* Update and maintain payroll spreadsheets using formulas and performing checks and reconciliations.
* Review the Timesheet Portal for missing, rejected or anomalies.
* Match timesheets to the correct pay rates, NI details and hours.
* Prepare weekly payroll files ready for processing.
