Role: Marketing Executive Contract: Full Time/ Permanent Salary: £34k-£35k Location: Maidenhead/Office Purpose The Marketing Executive will play a key role in the marketing team, managing campaigns across multiple channels, creating content, and liaising with key stakeholders within the global business. You will combine creativity and analysis to deliver impactful campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive sales, and support our company goals. Team Structure The Marketing Executive sits within the Global Marketing team, working alongside and with various stakeholders, and teams throughout the business. About the role You will have skills and experience relating to: 2 years’ experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role Experience working in B2B marketing – ideally service focused. Results-focused - ability for self-reflection and self-awareness. Demonstrates curiosity and passion, asking questions to build understanding. Personal drive and an eagerness for professional development in marketing Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing channels Strong copywriting and proofreading skills Creative, detail-oriented, and innovative A collaborative team player with initiative and a proactive approach A flexible, curious, and positive approach to work, with a passion for trying new things and solving challenges creatively Main duties and responsibilities Generate ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagement Deliver marketing campaigns across digital and print channels Design and produce artwork within brand guidelines and manage print production Create engaging content and copy for campaigns and social media platforms Support global campaigns and design localised initiatives Liaise with internal departments and third parties to ensure brand consistency Proofread, edit, and maintain high-quality marketing materials Collate marketing performance reports and communicate to key stakeholders Tasks may include: Maintenance and development of website. Supporting with planning, budgeting, implementing marketing campaigns. Coordinating multiple activities and stakeholders. Meet regularly with sales colleagues to address localized marketing needs and execute demand generation activities Contribute to the ongoing development of tools and processes that support marketing goals Occasional travel for conferences and events, supporting our global engagement efforts Why Work with Us?
