£38,000 PA + 10% Yearly Performance Bonus, and Annual Discretionary Company Bonus

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a modern, people-first HR function across the UK — while collaborating with global offices.
This is a broad and varied position with exposure to all aspects of HR, recruitment, employee engagement, and office culture — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic HR Partnering: Support leadership with workforce planning, organisational design, and talent initiatives.
Employee Relations & Performance: Advise on ER issues, manage performance plans, conduct investigations, and support grievance processes.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Work alongside the Talent Partner to identify hiring needs, interview candidates, and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
HR Compliance & Policy: Keep up to date with employment legislation and best practice; support policy reviews and updates.
People Analytics: Use HR data to influence decision-making and improve employee engagement and retention.
Culture & Engagement: Champion internal initiatives, support wellbeing and social events, and create an engaging office environment.
