Transdev are looking for a confident night shift controller who will be responsible for allocating, planning, and resourcing the CCH crew movements in accordance with the winter and summer schedules. Ensure that the service is delivered within agreed budgetary limitations, whilst complying with service level agreements, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
* Allocate and manage driver shifts and vehicle movements efficiently.
* Monitor service performance and address operational issues.
* Communicate with emergency services and internal teams.
* Handle complaints, lost property, and record-keeping.
* Prepare next-day rotas and maintain accurate reports.
* Ensure health & safety requirements are adhered to and report incidents or hazards.
* Occasionally perform driving duties and support other controllers.
