Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: HI-PERFORMANCE LTD Hi-Performance is seeking a Gym instructor to assess clients' fitness levels and goals, design personalised exercise programs, and instruct clients on proper form and technique. The instructor will also monitor client progress, provide motivation, offer advice on health and nutrition, and may lead group classes with supervision from head coach.
Responsibilities
* Give input into personalised programmes.
* Learning about the industry.
* Discuss the goals of clients and how to achieve them.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Gym instructor level 2 or working towards it.
* Basic knowledge of human anatomy.
* Good communication skills.
