Our client, a respected charity, is seeking a Grants Officer to support the management and delivery of their grant programmes. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who is passionate about ensuring funding has maximum impact.
As a Grants Officer, you will:
* Administer grant applications, assessments, and reporting processes.
* Provide support to applicants and grantees, ensuring compliance with funding criteria and organisational policies.
* Monitor the progress and impact of funded projects, preparing clear reports for senior staff and trustees.
* Maintain accurate grant records and ensure efficient financial and administrative management of programmes.
* Support the development of new funding opportunities and contribute to fundraising initiatives.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in grants administration or a related role in the charity sector.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support and guide applicants and grantees.
* Good understanding of compliance, financial processes, and monitoring frameworks.
* A proactive and collaborative approach, with a genuine interest in the charity's mission.
