An opportunity to lead the design, development and delivery of technical training solutions for Rolls‑Royce Submarines. You will work within a small team of dedicated engineering professionals.

What You Will Be Doing
* Deliver product‑specific educational courses to Rolls‑Royce Submarine staff, MoD customers and partners.
* Maintain compliance with Rolls‑Royce Nuclear Training Requirements Plan and associated processes.
* Support updates of current courseware, including design and development of future training solutions.
* Support the development and operation of a team plan.
* Maintain accreditation as a training provider and comply with internal governance processes.
* Occasional travel to other UK sites; may include overnight stays.
* Deputise for the Nuclear Product Training Team Leader and represent Rolls‑Royce at internal and external meetings.
Who We’re Looking For
We value safety, simplicity and impact. Key qualities include:
* Experience as a Nuclear Submarine Engineering Watchkeeper (CAT A or CAT B) is highly desirable.
* Recognised teaching qualification in the Lifelong Learning sector, or equivalent workplace experience with a professional portfolio.
* Degree or equivalent in engineering or science disciplines.
* Theoretical and operational knowledge of PWR and NSRP systems.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong team player, able to prioritise in busy periods.
* Ability to plan own work and support team planning.
