Overview:
This role involves leading the Main Assembly production of Remotely Operated Vehicles at our new Trilogy Facility in Fareham, providing direction and guidance to ensure safety, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
* Develop strategies to meet goals and targets
* Monitor and support team training needs
* Communicate instructions clearly
* Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement
* Manage daily operations flow
* Report team progress and updates

* Ensure timely delivery of electrical subassemblies and components

Key Requirements:
* Electrical Engineering qualification (HNC or equivalent)
* Leadership and coaching experience
* HV supervisory qualifications
