Responsibilities
* Building trusting relationships with young people.
* Supporting daily routines, education, and leisure activities.
* Working as part of a dedicated team to provide consistent care.
* Participating in sleep-in shifts (included in the salary package).
Applicant Criteria
* Work long day shifts, 7am-10pm.
* Work your share of sleep-in shifts as required.
* Demonstrate suitable experience supporting young people with complex needs and behavioural issues. Suitable previous roles include Residential Childcare Worker, Support Worker, SEN and Teaching Assistant.
* Manage challenging behaviours in a calm and composed manner and have the resilience to do so.
* Commit to completing work-based qualifications (fully funded).
