Butcher – Durslade Farm Shop, Bruton
Contract: Permanent, 40 hours across 5 days
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Reporting to: Butchery Manager
Your Role
Join our award-winning Farm Shop butchery, working with cattle (Angus, Hereford, Wagyu cross) and sheep from our Somerset farm. We prioritize animal welfare, ethical sourcing, and sustainability. You will assist in preparing meat and other products for sale, following the guidance of the Butchery Manager.
* Help develop a seasonal, innovative product range for the counters
* Ensure displays are fresh and well-stocked
* Maintain health and safety standards and food safety compliance
