Assistant Scheme Manager

In this Scheme Assistant role you will support the management of our older‑persons housing scheme, The Croft, located in Bourne, Lincolnshire. The scheme consists of 75 properties and provides a secure and well‑maintained environment for residents.
Location: The Croft (Bourne, Lincolnshire) • Salary: Up to £6,552 per year (based on a 100% FTE of £22,932) • Contract: Permanent • Hours: 10 hours per week (working pattern to be confirmed).
Snapshot of your role
* Manage the scheme efficiently and effectively, ensuring a safe, secure, well‑kept and pleasant environment.
* Oversee the welfare of our residents, enabling them to live independently while providing calm and attentive response in emergencies.
* Take on the management of service delivery, with particular attention to housing management and maintenance issues.
* Engage residents and develop a tight‑knit community spirit through the facilitation of regular social events and activities.
* Promote good communication between residents, their families, Amplius and our approved service providers.

* Ability to deal professionally with all situations.
* Excellent customer care skills.
* Ability to work alone using own initiative.
* Ability to communicate clearly when speaking and writing, including maintaining clear and accurate records.
Please note that having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role to visit our customers.
