The post will cover Castle Hill Hospital (CHH) and Hull royal infirmary HRI ward catering service, The successful candidates will have planned daily shifts, but these are subject to change, changes would be verbally agreed by line managers during roster planning. Enhanced pay for weekends Post 1 - 28.5 hrs. over a 2 week rolling roster pattern Week 1- Monday-0730 - 1330 & 1430- 1830 CHH, Wednesday- 0730 - 1330 & 1430- 1830 CHH, Thursday- 0730 - 1330 HRI, Saturday- 1430- 1830 CHH. Week 2- Monday-0730 - 1330 & 1430- 1830 CHH, Wednesday- 0730 - 1330 & 1430- 1830 CHH, Thursday- 1330 & 1430- 1830 HRI. Main duties of the job The successful post holder will work at both Castle Hill Hospital and Hull royal infirmary supporting the Patient Meals Services teams. The successful post holders will be required to work in an environment with varying temperatures including freezers and a physical demand of standing and walking for frequent periods of time during the working day is essential. The department operates between the hours of 7.30am and 18:30pm 7 days a week and slight variations to working hours will be discussed with the successful candidates at interview.
