Location: LlanwernHours per week: Full-timeSalary: £25-29k (depending on experience)Your roleAs Contract Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Supervisor to ensure the continuing day to day running of our customer’s contract. You will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team consisting of experienced Customer Service Representatives and transport professionals to provide a high service level for our customer.Key responsibilitiesinductions for visiting driversdrivers through the loading processand manage bookings keeping key personnel informed of all necessary changes and liaising with other departments to achieve optimum servicecollection and delivery expectations are met in both an effective and efficient wayliaison with Customer personnel in a professional manneractivities such as customs clearance and standkit change oversinformation relevant for various KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis and report to line managerwith P&OFM employees at other sites to maximise efficiencies for the customerYour profileexperience of working in a customer focussed operational role, with excellent customer service skillscommunication skills, with an ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levelsorganisational skills, including ability to prioritise and manage own workload and an eye for detailIT skills, including MS Word and Excelcurrent driving licenceknowledge and awarenessWho are we?We are P&O Ferrymasters, and we work with some of the largest companies in the world to make sure that their goods get to where they need to on time and efficiently.
