You'll be the go-to person for coordinating service delivery, managing communications, and supporting both our clients and internal teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide professional and timely support to clients via phone and email\nCoordinate and assign work orders, ensuring SLA compliance\nLiaise with site teams and suppliers to manage quotations and purchase orders\nMonitor and update service calls from initiation to completion\nMaintain accurate records and documentation using company systems\nSupport the engineering team and drive performance\nPromote CBRE's culture and values across all interactions\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n Education & Training:\n\nGCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths; A-Level/HNC preferred\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)\nExperience with systems like Dynamics, Concept, or Maximo is a plus Experience & Skills:\n\nPrevious experience in a customer-facing role within a medium-sized business\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nDetail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively\nA proactive team player with a customer-first mindset
