Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Secondary Northumberland | Large inclusive 11–19 academy £90 – £110 per day | PAYE | Depending on experience The role We are working with a large, inclusive all-through academy in Northumberland to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to support students across KS3–KS5. The school places a strong emphasis on inclusion, personal development, and academic achievement underpinned by supportive pastoral care. As an LSA you’ll work closely with teachers, SEND leads, and pastoral staff to help pupils access learning, build confidence, and develop independence.
