We are seeking a Residential Support Worker to join the team within a solo placement home for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties based in Nelson, Lancashire.

Location: Nelson, Lancashire
Role: Residential Support Worker
Hours per month: 173 hours
Shift pattern: 2 on 4 off
Solo Placement home for EBD
Essential requirements for a Children's Residential Support Worker:
A minimum 6 months experience in a children's residential care home
Ideally hold Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or working towards
A full driving licence issued in the UK
Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
Values in line with the organisation, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
