Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Corporate Administrator within NHS Golden Jubilee Corporate Governance Department. The role supports Associate Medical Directors and Associate Nurse Directors and is fast‑paced and unpredictable, requiring discretion and diplomacy.
Responsibilities
* Support and attend several meetings, with senior‑level minute‑taking responsibility.
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to the two Directors.
* Support Executive Directors and Senior Managers across a portfolio of high‑profile and critical work programmes.
* Work collaboratively both internally and externally to the organisation.
* Maintain confidentiality, strong organisational and communication skills.
* Use Microsoft Office with a high level of competency.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a demanding and challenging administration role within the NHS or a large complex multisite organisation.
* Evidence of discretion and diplomacy in confidential settings.
* Experience of minute‑taking at a senior level.
* Proven track record of working at senior‑management level in a busy organisation with competing priorities.
* Recognised qualification in Administration or significant relevant equivalent experience.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* High organisational ability.
Working Hours & Benefits
The role is Monday to Friday core office hours with hybrid working (3 days on site, 2 days working from home). NHS Golden Jubilee encourages flexible working options.
