Responsibilities
* Deliver pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice.
* Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
* Build pharmacy capability of store teams.
* Conduct continual review through audit, observations and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount.
* Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services.
Qualifications & Experience
* Registered with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
* High levels of professional expertise; respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and external local professionals.
* Passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for customers.
* Collaborative, team‑centered approach.
* Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services.
* Great communicator; able to put people at ease and effectively meet varied needs of customers and patients.
