About The RoleFDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking an AI Chatbot Technical Lead to work for our client within the education sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in London.Our client is seeking a hands-on AI Chatbot Technical Lead to drive the development and enhancement of their Service Management Chatbot. This is a key role for someone with deep technical expertise in Python, LangChain, and OpenAI services, particularly within Azure environments.
