Internal Controls Manager - Luxury Goods
£80,000 per annum + 10% bonus
4 days a week in Central London offices, 1 day working from home
Audit & Risk Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a luxury goods business based in Central London. Our client owns some instantly recognisable luxury brands spanning e-commerce, clothing, watches and other high-quality products.
Reporting to the Head of Internal Controls and sat within the Finance function, this role will be responsible for the line management of a team of 3. You will help to build an effective financial and operational controls framework for the Group, whilst taking a lead role in the project management of process improvement and systems upgrades. You will be involved in retail-specific controls work also, helping to improve processes for areas like stock management and control. You will need to build relationships within a globally dispersed organisation, working towards the goal of embedding a functional risk and controls framework throughout the business.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Internal Controls professional with previous line management experience. If you have experience in the retail sector, this will be highly regarded but is not essential. ACA/ACCA qualified accountants will also be highly regarded, but our client would be open to applicants without these qualifications who still have relevant experience.
