Sales Administrator - Worksop
We are recruiting on behalf of our busy client for an organised and motivated individual to join their team as an Sales Administrator on a permanent basis. This is a key and varied role, providing support to the e-commerce team across a wide range of responsibilities, including sales, competitive analysis, customer service, and website management.
Responsibilities
* Business Development - identify new products and opportunities to drive business growth and increase sales
* Conducting competitor analysis and dynamic product pricing
* Identifying opportunities to increase sales and existing products
* Maintaining supplier accounts
* Website content management and image editing
* Support daily operations on Amazon and EBay sales channels
* Responding to B2B and B2C enquiries via email and telephone
* Prepare and manage workflow for the dispatch team
* Provide efficient resolutions to customer complaints
* Maintain and update the sales order system and excel reports
* Assist other departments during peak periods or as needed
About the role
* Working Hours: 8:30am-4pm Monday to Friday
* X1 30 minute Lunch break (35 hours per week)
* Permanent position
* Salary to be confirmed based on experience
* Onsite parking available
About the candidate
* Highly computer literate in Microsoft Office
* Excellent attention to detail and writing skills
* Organised and a good multi-tasker
* Familiar with online shopping
* Happy to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
* Good communication and timekeeping
