We are recruiting Support Workers to join our Supported Living Services, supporting individuals in their own homes and in the community to live as independently as possible.
Responsibilities:
1. Support service users to lead full and active lives according to their wishes, needs, and support plans, contributing to plan development where applicable.
2. Ensure the safety of individuals, safeguarding their welfare and protecting from abuse.
3. Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
4. Assist with social activities, financial and medication management, practical household tasks, and personal care, hygiene, and healthcare support.
5. Act as an informal contact within the service users' support network, including families and social workers.
6. Accurately report and record any issues affecting the health and wellbeing of service users.
7. Comply with health and safety regulations, prioritizing the wellbeing of others.

* Caring, compassionate, and passionate about helping others to achieve independence.
* Values-driven with no prior care sector experience required.
* Positive attitude during challenging days, with the ability to influence others positively.
* Team player with initiative and willingness to support colleagues.

Employment Details:
* Hourly rate: £12.21, approximately £26,652.72 annually based on a 42-hour week. Salary is illustrative; NLW applies and is pro-rated.
