Development of Ceuta Healthcare client relationships to achieve profitable sales and distribution of clients' products within designated categories and trade channels, aligning with client and company objectives and standards.
Client Specific Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively manage designated clients
2. Serve as the key contact for all client requirements
3. Manage trade objectives and recommend strategies
4. Develop trade marketing plans
5. Chair regular review meetings and conference calls
6. Forecast sales and performance
Trade Specific Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with sales teams to develop category solutions and strategic plans
2. Lead trade meetings
3. Coordinate range review processes
4. Manage partnership marketing activities and POSM materials
5. Oversee merchandising and in-store activities
6. Provide the sales force with necessary brand information and presentations
7. Line management: lead, motivate, and develop team members, conduct performance appraisals, and manage recruitment and training in line with company policies
Career Experience:
* Minimum 5 years' FMCG experience, healthcare experience preferred but not essential
* Experience working with trade customers, especially Grocery multiples
* Sales and/or marketing experience advantageous
* Experience in a fast-paced environment and team management preferred
Qualifications:
* Good general education, including Maths and English
* Degree level education or equivalent
Required Skills:
* Strong analytical skills and trend forecasting
* Ability to identify new opportunities and define trade strategies
* Understanding of financial measures like ROI, promotional evaluation, and sales modeling
* Knowledge of category management and core ranging principles
* Intermediate Excel skills for data interpretation and reporting
* Intermediate PowerPoint skills for creating and delivering presentations
* Ability to interpret marketing guidelines and apply them to activities
* Ability to work independently at a senior level and network within the organization
* Leadership skills to motivate and develop teams
